Shipping Information

Shipping:

• We offer two types of shipping which are Pick up and Direct Delivery to any state in Nigeria.
• For Direct delivery option , we will use one of the courier service which we are in partnership with to send your order, and they will deliver it at your door step. This applies to pre-paid and pay on delivery of orders.
• For Lagos pick up, you have to come to our office at 51, Opebi Road (2nd Floor), Ikeja Lagos to pick it up.
• Special shipping arrangements such as bus terminal pickup or airport pickup are possible on request
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Delivery Timeline

• 24 to 48 hours within Lagos.
• 3-5 business days for areas outside Lagos

 

Returns

We accept returns of goods which are found to be defective or malfunctioning in any way.

• You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging if unused.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment
