3.2 An unused Item must be returned in its original packaging.

3.3 Every return is subject to our approval.

4. Exchanges and refunds

4.1 If we approve a return, we will exchange the Item or refund it, as you prefer.

4.2 A refund is made to the method you used to pay for the Order.

4.3 Delivery charges are not refunded.
