Shipping Information

Shipping:

• We offer two types of shipping which are Pick up and Direct Delivery to any state in Nigeria.
• For Direct delivery option , we will use one of the courier service which we are in partnership with to send your order, and they will deliver it at your door step. This applies to pre-paid and pay on delivery of orders.
• For Lagos pick up, you have to come to our office at Shop 78, FAAN Shopping Complex (The Bungalow Shopping Complex before Old Ikeja Along Bus Stop) Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria to pick it up.
• Special shipping arrangements such as bus terminal pickup or airport pickup are possible on request
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Delivery Timeline

• 3 to 48 hours within Lagos, (depends on specific location and shipping method)
• 1 -5 business days for areas outside Lagos (sometimes same day deliveries are possible if sent by air)

Returns

• Returns are accepted with 14 calendar days from day of goods receipt.
• Receipt or proof of purchase are required to process returns.
• Products can be exchanged.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
